Services

We are registered with Ofsted and we must ensure that we adhere to the following adult/child ratios:

Tudor (Nursery) - Under 2’s  1:3,      2-3 yrs  1:4.
Nevil (Pre-school) - 3-5 yrs   1:8. 
Peter Gladwin (Pre-school) - 2-5 yrs  1:6.

Depending on availability, we are sometimes able to offer additional sessions to your contracted sessions.  Additional hours are invoiced in arrears the following month.

Parents are expected to provide all nappies and any formula milk. We encourage healthy eating and the snacks we offer will be low in fat and sugar.  Any cow’s milk offered will be full fat and we can offer a non-dairy alternative.  We provide all your child's meals and snacks, drinks (water and milk), bibs, wet wipes and sun cream. 

Unfortunately we are unable to look after children that are unwell, as we must respect the other children in the setting.  If your child becomes ill whilst in our care, we will ring you to discuss the situation.  We are happy to administer prescribed medication with prior consent.  All accidents/incidents and administration of medication is recorded on Famly and has to be acknowledged by the parent/carer on the day.  Please see the Guide to Childhood Illnesses page.
