Healthy Eating
Fizzy Fish is committed to serving the children healthy and nutritious food. Any ready prepared foods are checked to see that they fall in the MEDIUM or LOW guidelines as show below:

We provide all the children's food during their time with us. This is included in the fees.
Breakfast is available from the time we open until around 8.30am. We offer a selection of cereals and/or toast.
Snacks are offered at 10am and 2.30pm. Fruit and a carbohydrate item of food is normally offered. This might be bagels, English muffins, crumpets, teacakes, savoury biscuit, malt loaf, cheese straw, breadsticks, rice cakes etc.
A hot, freshly cooked lunch is served at 12 noon and a high tea is served at 4.15.

Each child has a cup relevant to their age. This is labelled with their either their photograph for the younger children or their name for the Pre-Schoolers. These are accessible all day and are regularly refilled by the adults or children. We provide milk and water. Formula milk can be left with us if desired. We provide cups but you are welcome to bring your own if you wish.
All our meals are freshly cooked each day at Fizzy Fish by our resident chef and we only use good quality products.
