Quality Assurance
We participate in a Quality Improvement in Learning and Teaching (QuILT). This ensures that we continually evaluate and improve our practice in all areas of our service.
QuILT consists of a number of modules covering a variety of subjects. One module is usually undertaken each term. The setting chooses a modules and nominates a practitioner. The practitioner gathers all the information/evidence relating to the module. They then meet with the QuILT consultant and talk through the information/evidence. An action plan is then drawn up and the practitioner is left to implement the changes. A second meeting takes place for the QuILT consultant review the changes. The evidence is then taken to moderation. Certificates or credit awards are then issued to the setting.
